We are looking for a senior Amazon data specialist with deep experience using Helium 10, brand analytics, and marketplace data sources to drive decision-making across product strategy, keyword expansion, competitive intelligence, and listing optimization.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Conducting advanced keyword and search-demand analysis using Helium 10, Search Query Performance (SQP), and Brand Analytics
Building market intelligence dashboards for category share, competitor mapping, pricing dynamics, and velocity trends
Identifying white-space opportunities and market entry points for new SKUs / product expansions
Monitoring and diagnosing listing performance signals (CTR, CVR, organic rank, session trends, TACoS impact)
Leading ongoing keyword refinement & indexing checks
Supporting PPC and SEO teams with data-driven input on keyword structuring and ASIN targeting
Auditing listings for hidden indexation, suppressed terms, and listing compliance risk
Providing insights on pricing, promotions, and organic ranking levers
Communicating data findings clearly and translating them into actionable initiatives
This is not an analyst role behind a spreadsheet — we want someone who lives inside the data, understands Amazon’s ranking logic, and can connect analytics to real commercial outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings:
8+ years experience in Amazon analytics, Helium 10, Amazon SEO, and performance operations
Prior operator-side execution experience (agency or brand-side)
Advanced hands-on experience with Helium 10 (Black Box, Cerebro, Market Tracker, Keyword Tracker, Listing Health Tools)
Strong understanding of Amazon ranking mechanics, keyword lifecycle, and indexing behavior
Experience reading and interpreting Brand Analytics & Search Query Performance data
Familiarity with pricing dynamics, commercial contribution levers, and listing diagnostic workflows
Experience working closely with PPC teams to correlate organic + paid strategy
A commercial mindset — able to identify insights that move revenue, margin, and market position
Bonus if you have:
EU marketplace experience
Proficiency with Data Studio / Sheets automation
Technical listing writing familiarity (structured data, attributes, backend fields, compliance flags)
Must-have
Expert-level Helium 10 fluency
Strong command of Amazon keyword science & indexing
Ability to run data-backed listing + keyword audit workflows
Strong analytical, Excel/Sheets, and reporting skills
Fluent written and spoken English
Ability to work European or U.S. EST time-zone hours
Nice-to-have
Amazon Advertising Console familiarity
Experience with data visualization (Looker Studio, Power BI)
Experience using complementary tools (Data Dive, SmartScout, Pacvue, Perpetua)
